Jordan Owens was convicted and sentenced to 28 years for what was done by other inmates! He was held legally liable for what the other young men did! The officer by witness for the plaintiff testified that he initiated the fight & was terminated from job! But no formal charges was brought against him! But Jordan didn't have any connections to the actual altercation! Attempted murder charges was not a charge that should have been given to him unjustly!
