We petition your Administration to fully support a bill to revise the Tax Code for tax-exempt organizations so that such organizations must pro-actively protect children from sexual abuse, and encourage members of Congress to sponsor or co-sponsor it. It is time to change the law(s). The causes of child sexual abuse are known. The statistics are known. It is time for the Government to enact common sense law(s) to pro-actively protect children instead of study abuse or just prosecute pedophiles.
