1 A natural person shall be defined in this amendment as a real human being, as opposed to a legal person, which shall be defined in this amendment as either a corporation, labor union, advocacy group, charity group, government agency and/or any other artificial entity.
2 A natural person shall not be equated with a legal person.
3 All monetary donations to political campaigns shall be illegal.
4 Lobbying shall be equated with corruption.
5 All political parties, that have independent state organizations in a majority of states, shall be given time and government capped, voter approved, monetary provisions to debate after each party's presidential, gubernatorial and congressional primary elections.
6 The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
