The twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Created by P.F. on November 15, 2012

The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution limits the President to two terms. This limitation does not apply to any other Federally elected office. Restricting voters' choice for President is anti-democratic.

Repealing the 22nd Amendment will allow Barack Obama or his successors to serve as many terms as the voters see fit.
