Two months paid parental leave for those who have worked with their current employer for one year.

Created by V.K. on January 26, 2013

163 countries around the world require employers to give mothers time off during the first couple of months to provide postnatal care to their new babies. This time is important for the new mother who needs time to recover from the pegnancy, and the baby who during the first two months needs to bond with their parents. Parental leave benefits the health and wellbeing of the baby. We are one four countries in the world that do not have mandatory paid parental leave, and it is time we get on board.
