With such high ranking credible witnesses like Don Phillips, Steven Greer, and Paul Hellyer speaking about knowledge of flying saucers, ufo's, advanced beings and technologies, I petition the government and their separate agencies to disclose what they know about these advanced beings/extra terrestrials and their advanced technologies to the citizens of the united states and the world.
