To solve this problem once and for all :
Suggest that each bidder in the public service , including a presidential candidate to fill the post , signed a document which would have been indicated, all existing accounts and assets of the applicant and his family abroad ( in Switzerland and other countries) their balance and harmony of the applicant to transfer any other than those specified herein money and property that could be found there ( since the state service and not more than 10 years after it) later , in favor of the state of Ukraine.
I believe that such conditions for admission to the civil service and employment positions should become the norm for any democratic state.
