The ultimate goal of the HK Basic Law is to accomplish a democratic society. We don't want to accept any step back.

To make a democratic society, civil disobedience is just the first step. We all know Chinese Central Government's mind is hard to be changed. But if we don't do any further steps, there is not any chance yo achieve out goal.
