Unarmed Citizen Law: Automatic charge and trial for police officers in a death after excessive force is used.
Create a bill, sign into law, and set aside funds if necessary to require an automatic charge and trial for all state, county, and local police where there is a death after excessive force is used.
We the people believe that a fair trial is at least required in these situations and the law shall be made in an effort to address situations similar to Mike Brown, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, and etc.
