This letter is not a memoir. Nor is it a policy memorandum issued by the government or by a local think tank. Rather, it is an assessment of how Los Santos Role Play rarely tells its cheerleaders that it plans to exercise control through indirect coercion or through psychological pressure or manipulation. By way of introduction, let me just say that finding the best way to give peace a chance is a challenging problem indeed.
