This is self explanatory. The only reason this is banned is because: "the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) claims that the toys are a choking hazard for small children". This is a small reason why the rest of the world seems to look down on us, because of idiotic reasons such as this. We are one of the only countries this candy is banned in and it is ridiculous. It's simple, parents need to take care of their kids and discipline them. Without discipline the kids run all over you. With that being said, PUT A WARNING LABEL ON IT.
