hello supercell team before i don't have any idea about 3rd party software so i downloaded xmod in my cellphone and i use to play sometime from this app only for fun, but now when i try to open my coc account it showing my account is permanently banned and now i know about the reason thats why i deleted the xmod, but you guys didn't give me any warning for using that appdirect banned my account .. so this is my humble request to you.. for one time forgive me and unlock or unbanned my account because i love to play and i miss my account.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
