The image in the "evidence" is completely out of context. People in World Chat were talking about U.S. cultures' tendency to take 1 step forward and 2 steps back as far as social issues go.
To elaborate;
The recurring theme of Irish Alcoholism, is completely "PC" to many people whereas any joke or any implication of miscreant behavior on behalf of black people is an instant red flag. Similar to Colbert's tactic of taking things to the extreme to point out hypocrisy or flaws, Silhouette's comparison of two negative behaviors of two different cultures is not only satirical, but also reveals our own biases.
