Under the 14th Amendment: Give All Named, Bodies of Water, in the USA, the Legal Status of Natural Citizens

This petition is important to every living being who has a relationship with water! Waters are named, waters are living entities. Waters give life to all they touch and support. Waters are basic, but needed and born of equal importance, of any human person since they support so many lives, and they are being threatened and destroyed. Waters by any name, have the right to exist in their natural state. Waters needs protection by our government and given the rights of person hood, to gain full rights as a natural citizen, under the 14th Amendment. Starting with the Cannonball, Missouri Rivers and others risk of their health being currently threatened.
