We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Under Federal Government regulations effective year 2015, military recruitment is denied to U.S. citizens with prejudice

Created by D.S. on July 13, 2016

It is extremely vital as a nation we come together and realize that just because someone has a misconduct regarding the judicial system that active military enlistment to defend and protect this country must not be denied, as effective per policy changes as set forth under the Obama administration in 2015. Under current federal regulation and policy U.S.citizens including myself are being denied entrance into the United States military. Policy change needs to be effective immediately due to the fact this nation needs its citizens support in order to function as well as the United States men and women who live and work here need to be able to have a right to defend and serve their country and not be denied and refused to be able to serve in the United States military for America.
