Under the terms of Article 3, Section 3, charge the National Rifle Association with treason.

The language of the NRA has always been teetering on the edge of calling individuals to action. Their recent actions following the tragedy at Newtown show an almost paranoid attitude in regards to public safety. Recent communications between the NRA HQ and their members constitute a call to action. Calls to action historically have led to a form of civil war and in some cases, charges of treason. The NRA has basically declared war on the US Government because the Government wishes to protect its citizens.
