We The People peacefully petition the Federal Government to cease and desist all further attempts to infuse any draconian laws or edicts that suggest or mandate an unconstitutional usurpation, emotional misinterpretation of, or blatant judicial malfeasance of the 2nd Amendment by the current, or future Presidential administrations. Any actions taken through unilateral or bi-partisan combinations of Executive Orders or Congressional Legislation, whether it be from the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial branches, will be considered a direct, and radical attack on the legitimate intent and spirit of those God-given unalienable rights previously and currently secured and protected under the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
