With the recent boom in the use the social media we need to better our understanding in handling with the mentally ill whenever a cop or authority figure tries to restrain them,they end up being too belligerent with them. With this petition most people in a governmental position or any person work related position in handling with the mentally challenged will have to take the basic classes in handling them, improving our relations with many people who oppose governmental officials treatment of people and change their views.
