Undo legislation S.716 nullifying the (STOCK) Act requirements for congressional staff, thus allowing insider trading.

Created by H.E. on May 07, 2013

Apparently, on 4/15/2013, legislation S.716 was passed. This Nullifies the effectiveness of the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012 (STOCK Act) with respect to mandatory public, on-line financial disclosure reporting by congressional staff. This allows insider trading by congressional staff with no penalty. In an era where trust in government is at an all time low, I would like to see the White House fight to rescind this nullification of mandatory financial disclosures by congressional staff.
