Undocum. immigrnts needs a registration system to pay incom tax. if U pay inc tax we let U have a work perm or GC later

We need to create a new immigrant registration system with a guaranty it will be for tax purpose only. Undocumented immigrants could voluntarely sign up for it in order to contribute to our country by paying income taxes. Those who would get pulled over or arrested and able to prove they are paying their taxes wouldn't suffer the same consequences as those being illegally here without paying taxes who would be deported with no possibility to come back Those who can show they have been good to our country while living in it would quaify for a path to become legal and get either work permit or Green Card and would be release imediatey. The proof of tax collected would also qualify their family(direct descendants) for our benefits.
