Undocumented Immigrant Dreamers Service Commitment Act.

Created by R.L. on February 01, 2015

The bill, called the Undocumented Immigrant Dreamers Service Commitment Act, would require undocumented immigrants dreamers (ages 17 - 30) to serve a minimum of 4 years military service before being allowed to attend any college or receive any employment in the US. If the bill were to pass and a company is caught with an employed undocumented immigrant, an American citizen can sue the company if the American citizen applied for the position and was not hired. The bill reads the owner and/or company, or college would receive a fine, possible jail time, or both as punishment.
