Unemployment People with Loan Student Payments Due to Sallie Mae

Created by P.C. on January 15, 2013

As a December 01, 2011 I was laid off from my work after almost 6 years with the company. I'm a tax prepare graduate on September 2005 from AIU with Honors (Bachelor in Business Administration Specialize in Accounting & Finance Cum Lade)
I was paying my student loans to two sources ED Financial Services and Sallie Mae.
ED Financial Services gave me the chance to apply every six months and for a period of 36 months to Deferment of Payments with just a copy of my Unemployment letter of Eligibility.
Sallie Mae is different story, I receiving phone call every day 100 times a day and try to push me to the limit to make a payment. I stop making payments in May of 2012. No chance for Deferment of payments just want their money back. Last week a receive phone call my account went to collection.
