We the people believe that Unemployment Benefits should not have a time limit, but should include retraining opportunities, first-rung pre-acceptance for all Federal jobs appropriate to each jobseeker’s skills, aptitude, and interests, and similar requirements for all contractors, subcontractors, and other enterprises supplying the Federal government.
