We are asking Supercell to restore or modify your account policy with a permanent ban of the temporary ban or warning is sent to the user. There are plenty of "malware" (can sense with fake files generated on the computer or software) can create a situation where a permanent ban is unfair. Some users have reported no software mods, auto installed on their devices but remain permanently banned.
We think this policy is too harsh and should Supercell users a 2nd chance to remove any third-party software that they feel affect the fairness of the game. Please sign our petition and together we hope to get the attention of Supercell through this petition. Thank you!
