As millions of people around world are playing this game and many organizations made many third party software,mods,generators or other advantageous ways .The most popular among them is xmod about 1/3rd of Coc community used it once in their Coc career .Thus no body can deny it's use or as well it's importance .But Coc banned many users due to this reason but they have to give at least a warning to warn players to stop using these things they suddenly takes action on this and wasted years of many people they also bann before this event but that time they give warning to players by soft banning but thus time the banning is unfair to those who don't get warrened.
I agree they mention it in there policy but all know just to start a game no one mention to read full policy rather one install.
