Honorable President Obama: We are real estate appraisers, the first line of defense concerning honest property values. We petition you to ascertain why we were singled out as the only profession in the USA to have to go through a 3rd party in order to conduct business to business relationships, not knowing what relationship that 3rd party actually has with the business we are servicing. This appears to be UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE as no other profession in the real estate industry or elsewhere in the USA is required to secure business relationships through a 3rd party. As such, we, duly Licensed and Certified Real Estate Appraisers registered with the Appraisal Subcomitte ask for action by your administration to remove the chains that restrict our ability to grow our appraisal business.
