I am fare person with honest intentions; I feel that everyone working for the Federal Govt. in the US Army regardless if Military or civilian should be sponsored by the command and receive all the benefits. The fact is I am prior service, a US citizen, I have a federal job working for DOD, and my family lives on the economy. My closing statement is to change the regulation, Award LQA to all, or no body. Maybe we could reward all the good hardworking, selfless service people who had to live without LQA. As long as there is equal opportunity to receiving benefits, and incentives.
