Unidentified service animals and businesses worry over called discriminatory.

Created by S.N. on April 25, 2016

A business should be able to protect their customers. Too many people call their family pet a Service Animal without any identifier, ADA certification or paperwork and invade a business where animals do not belong. Claiming discrimination and ignoring the health issues are weak defenses. It is now time to say 'no' and have people leave their pet where it belongs; at home.

1. Animals should be restricted from businesses that sell/serve food; except by ADA standards.
2. Service animals should have an issued identifier by a government entity.
3. Businesses should be worry-free from claims of discrimination for denying animals without proof of certification.
4. Define Service vs. Companion
5. Respect disabled citizens need for assistance.
6. Limit doctor prescription for companion.
