I propose adding all education personnel in the United States including teachers, principals, janitorial staff etc to become part of the the Department of Homeland Security.
In addition in repsonse to the recent massacres this is important to require military training and the carry of firearms by teachers to protect staff and students on school grounds. All staff will be required to take an oath of office identical to military personnel to uphold and protect the constitution of the United States.
This will provide for allocation of proper resources for the protection of our youth properly. All traing will include rapid repsonse to threats and threat management. Requirements will include carry of firearms on and off duty to protect Americans alike.
