It is obviously clear the Affordable Healthcare plan has been...unsatisfactory to many, and doesn't adequately address the standards of medical care required to maintain health security of this great nation. I propose Healthcare be organized into a Disciplined Uniformed Corps like branches of the United States Armed Forces, comprised of existing members of the other services' medical officers and staff with specialized training like ROTC and action centers being Clinics. A Uniform Code of Medical Justice is an obvious component of that project. Reasons to adopt UCMJ is 1:Lowers medical costs eliminates malpractice: Half of medical bills are to soak up the malpractice insurance premium. 2:Maintains Uniformity in Care. 3: Public Good, health care has inelastic demand.
