Uniform Code of Sentencing for all crime convictions in America 2013--redress for unintended inequalities of sentencing.

With an eye to a Maturing nation; the unintended consequences of poverty/inequalities has meant that crimes are punished unequally due to lack of quality defense for impoverished Americans creating variances among the states in time served--varying too wildly. We hereby setup Uniform sentences across all states the folllowing sentences: 20 years across all states for murder (not on minor victim) for murderer over the age of 21, a sentence 10 years for murder with anyone 18-21 at time of offense. 35 years for the murder of a child. One year for marijuana trafficking if said substance is illegal. 15 years for Cocaine trafficking inside the US. 20 yrs for trafficking into the US. 7 years for rape per one adult victim. 5 years burglary conviction. All other crimes fall under current statues.
