Unionize Medical staff paid hourly that can get stuck with dirty needles.

I have been stuck by dirty needles several times. And all my employer can do is say got get your blood work done. Where many other dangerous professions get the same as a "hazard duty pay" we get nothing more and as a Phlebotomist I'm exposed to this everyday. I say we unionize every healthcare hourly employee that can get stuck by a dirty needle/IV. This should be a requirement
