A Constitutional Amendment to:
Any and all employees of any business entity; for profit
or non-profit have the right to Representation By Union
for the purposes of :
1. Collective Bargaining.
2. Disposition of employer/employee Greivances.
A union License is granted by the "Federal Office of
Union Affairs" agency; which shall provide Union operating, fees, dues, Strike Permissions and all other
aspects of Union operations.
Selection of Union Representation is by majority vote of
employees.
