As with any organization, a budget is mandatory. It is one of the primary responsibilities of our government to create and then operate within the boundaries of a budget.
A budget is necessary for accountability, responsible spending, and accurate debt reduction.
Congress and the President have refused to perform this primary function of their job. This is unacceptable behavior for any organization, and even more so for the government of the United States of America.
We demand government stop shirking responsibility and playing games with sequestration, and perform their duty by creating a budget and then abiding by it.
