United States of America declaration of "No First Use"

Nuclear War is the furthest thing from a resolution to ANY conflIct. Nuclear war today, in modern times, would mean mutually assured destruction of any country involved in said conflict. This means the people of the USA are just as likely to perish in an attack first commenced by America as an attack that is the result of a retalitatory attack by America. We, the people, must speak up in joining the smart few who have vowed and pledged to abstain from using nuclear weapons in the future unless as a last resort. This pledge will not only work to ensure our survival as a country, but as a species.
