Make it lawful for all military service members to immediately execute any military NCO or CO that gives an unlawful order more than three times after being explained to them that it is an unlawful order.
This should be required under UCMJ and all military should always be equipped with at a minimum a small side arm.
We should always be able to have concealed carry like the law enforcement officer protection act for those that hate military or want us to train them or exploit us.
