28th United States Consitutional Amendment
In the preamble to the Constitution the requirement to establish Justice is a necessary condition. The following definition shall be used.
1. Justice always requires integrity, excellence and complete truthful testimony from all parties, all known testimony and facts must be presented to reach a fair verdict, excepting the fifth amendment.
