Summary: The United States Congress has become detrimental to the well being of the United States. Their inability to work together and pass legislation that is required to keep the United States functioning as a county is not only destroying the economy of the United States but is hampering the entire world.
Recommendation: Dissolve Congress in a systematic process that when rebuilt it will have a Parliamentary style with more then just two parties. This will give a great voice to the independent party and allow the Republican Tea party to become a stand alone party. Then each of these parties could vote as they felt on each issue and the majority vote would be able to pass legislation.
