The United States Congress to make running a bus stop sign a charge of Attempt of Vehicular Homicide.

I am wanting the United States Congress and the president to take action on this. There needs to be a charge of Attempt of Vehicular Homicide for running a School Bus stop sign. Please take action, I have seen some children almost get hit by other vehicles falling to stop because the lack of knowledge to stop. If you agree then sign this petition, if you would like to stop children from getting hit by stupid drivers who don't know how to stop while children are getting on and off the bus.
