Pardon America have created a petition appealing to President Obama to create a new federal law guaranteeing that all persons who have a non-violent federal conviction will be granted an automatic & instant pardon by the United States Justice Department once the offender has fully completed his or her sentence and responsibilities back to the United States government. This new law would be created & drafted by an act through Congress or by a Presidential Executive Order.
