The United States has to take action with the government of Puerto Rico to ensure the proper use of funds sent by U.S.

The funds that are sent to the Island of Puerto Rico are being misused by the government agencies.The government is bigger than much of the States of the U.S. We have to much taxation but we have no representation in the Congress. This Puerto Rico government is a disgrace and a shame, are incapable to do the required work. For decades money have being misused, stolen and friends of the government have gotten FAT CONTRACTS. Now the island is on the edge of bankruptcy and we have to pay the tax increase to pay for their mistakes. We need a Human Resources recruiter to select the candidates for public positions before they go into the elections.
