The nuclear weapons are not safe with military as they have direct or indirect contacts with fundamentalists groups. Also ISI working under military is also having contacts with these groups. These jihadis groups are not only threat to India but to the whole world. By giving control of these nuclear weapons to civil government there, the world will feel more safe .
