The United States should be 52 states.

There are islands in the Pacific and in the Caribbean area that are owned by the United States of America but are not fully integrated into the secure fold of the Constitution of the United States of America; they are not States yet. I believe that the President should send an invitation to those islands to became States. The people of those islands should vote on an option to become fully integrated into the greatest country in the world.
Puerto Rico, I believe, already have the option to became a State of the United States of America if they want to.
