The nationtal anthem causes Americans to be ultra nationalistic which in turn causes ethnic division against those that are not American because this nationalism causes Americans to think there better than other nationalities. Also the government making the reccomendation that all Americans should stand and take off their hats go's against many religious beliefs and takes away from individual libreties
