Free health care for all would remove all the chaos that the current system is well known for. It would be paid for by a flat fee paid by all participants. (Everyone). All providers would be paid by government set salaries and result dependent bonuses. The people would have a choice pool of providers. It would be subject to review and improvement by a panel of government and provider, elected members. Anyone could still use outside providers if they wished, at their own expense. Providers would be rated by patients.
