Skip Holtz swindled the USF AD into thinking he was a legitimate college football coach. During his time with the USF program Holtz was able to regress the football program by 100 years, more time than the program has actually been in existence. Holtz is still collecting payments due to stipulations in a flimsy contract. The USF fan base is requesting do the right thing and return the money from the rest of his contract and if possible the entire amount from his time with the USF program. The money will be used to provide players, students, faculty and fans with a legitimate chance to be competitive football program once again that will benefit not only everyone involved with the USF program, also the surrounding Tampa Bay community.
