unjust imprisonment

i think that issuing a warrant for custodial arrest for failure to pay fines and cost should be considred kidnapping because you are being held for a certain amount of money and not for the crime you comitted.because the judge hands you your sentence when you go to court.im not saying you shouldnt pay your fines and cost im just saying how can you actually survive and stay free and pay the judges and take care of your family if your giving all you money to law enforcement thats what creates repeat offenders.and causes people to lose there jobs i know people get tax returns and they look forward to it and i beleive it would be a lot less of a strain to take anywhere from five to twenty percent of your return and put it towards your fines and cost. and leave the jails for real criminals.
