We the people believe that Mr. Trump has engaged in fraud and racketeering which meet the criteria of "high crimes and misdemeanors". Not only is he facing criminal charges and being audited by the IRS, but his choice of rhetoric and campaign promises directly violate the first amendment and the bill of rights. He has promised to remove and ban people based solely on their ethnicity and religious beliefs, as well as to infringe upon civil rights and liberties, among many other issues that directly constitute misconduct and contradicts what this country stands for. We the people ask that Mr. Trump be held accountable for his high crimes, misdemeanors, and misconduct, and that he be impeached.
