Unlawful assault weapons ban

Created by R.L. on February 10, 2013

Do not attempt to enact any assault weapons ban. The united states supreme court already ruled in the case of united states vs miller 1939 that military style weapons are protected by the second amendment. Any legislation that contradicts this ruling is in violation of the second amendment and hereby unlawful. This ruling also states that all states are required to abide by the same constitutional laws as the federal government. This means that new york is in violation of the constitutional second amendment and needs to repeal its recently enacted assault weapons ban.
