The killing of James Boyd in Albuquerque, NM was unlawful. The man had his back turned and APD shot him continuously when he fell and hit his head on a rock knocking him unconscious. APD continued to shoot him, and even released their dog upon him, even though James Boyd was unresponsive, and remained motionless. An APD officer shouted "Boo-Yah" like he was declaring a trophy or a victory for shooting a man. The citizens of Albuquerque, NM are outraged by this act of cowardliness shown by APD officers, and we demand action to be taken against these officers for the unlawful shooting of James Boyd. Isn't this the reason why they invented tasers?
